Return and refund policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.
You can notify us of your decision by emailing contact@liush-berlin.com.
The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the day we received the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when placing the order. There are no fees for the refund.
Return Policy:
Please make sure the merchandise has the following characteristics to be eligible for return:
- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days;
- The goods are in the original packaging.
Return of goods is excluded in the following cases:
- In the case of delivery of goods made to customer specifications;
We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods that do not meet the return conditions listed above or where a return is excluded.
Return of goods:
In the event of a return of goods, you assume the costs and risk of the return. Please send the goods to the following address:

We assume no liability for goods that are damaged or lost during return. We recommend that you use a postal service that provides insurance for the value of the goods and issues proof of shipment. No refund can be made without actual receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the goods. The gift certificate will be sent to you as soon as the returned product is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
