Reviews in our shop can only be submitted by customers who actually bought the product from us. Our system automatically checks whether an order for that product exists. Reviews without a matching purchase are not possible.
Verified reviews carry the note “Verified purchase” directly on the review.
We publish all reviews, whether they are positive or negative. We do not publish bought or paid reviews.
