Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and within the EU. Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic (Germany) deliveries:

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.99 per order. Orders of € 50 or more ship free of charge within Germany.

Deliveries to the EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic):

We charge a flat rate of € 9.49 per order.

Deliveries to other EU countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden):

We charge a flat rate of € 14.90 per order.

Delivery time: approx. 5 working days within Germany, approx. 5–10 working days within the EU.

Delivered securely in a small folding cardboard box or padded envelope that fits comfortably in the mailbox. Please note that we do not deliver to packing stations.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
We deliver to Germany and all EU countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us and together we will see if custom shipping is possible for you.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1-3 days, for foreign deliveries within 2-5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us by email at contact@liush-berlin.com and include a photo of the damaged shipment. We will quickly take care of a replacement delivery for you.

If your shipment cannot be delivered (e.g. because you provided an incorrect address or the shipment was not picked up promptly) you are responsible for any resulting costs such as return shipping and reshipment.
